First I like how Sears reaches out to the customer and get much information about the issue. William the technician did an outstanding job! Notified me when he was on his way. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Vick. I explained the issue with our GE stovetop, he troubleshot the issue, ordered the parts, and once parts came in, he expediently installed them. He even went above and beyond by fitting our stove top better than it was fitted previously.
