Very unprofessional
Very inconvenient and un professional service. They canceled on me several times and made me wait and waste my time then charge me more then what was quoted and tells me they have no control over pricing. NEVER EVER USING SEARS REPAIR AGAIN EVER!!!!!!

This service was a scam.
I have a home warranty company and sears was supposed to make the repair. However they told us we were going to be without our washing machine for about half a month since the first technician showed up and broke it the rest of the way. Then we got strong armed by both seats and the home warranty company. We bought a new machine. Now both the warranty company and sears are trying to say a repair was completed when we in fact returned their parts to them and no longer have the washer. COMPLETE SCAM RUN AWAY

Service guy was nice but service wasn't great
He only looked at my outside unit not my entire unit. He said once he found it needed coolant that was probably the problem. Woke up next day to my entire unit not working at all and it STILL doing exactly what it had been doing. Nothing was solved. Would never hire sears again. Seems like they just want to charge my warranty company for easy money but don't want to be thorough and take pride in their work. Sad and unfortunate.
