Nice guy but wrong guy
Nicholas called abiutb2 hours before his scheduled arrival time to tell me that we need a plumber to install a garbage disposal and that he isn't a plumber. Sears has known for weeks that my garbage disposal is not repairable and must be replaced. I've made numerous calls to Sears home services and am getting nowhere with them. It's not this guy's fault, but I wish he had called sooner to find out more about what needs to be done. I was pinned down at home most of the day waiting on him.

Ncholas determined my problem was with my outlet and not the dryer so he was able to service the dryer. I have an electrician working on replacing my outlet.

St Jacques Dishwasher Repair
William did a great job of putting our dishwasher back in place, but, unfortunately, it is STILL leaking after the second repair.

St Jacques Dishwasher Repair
Nico was a very nice young man. He was here when he said he would be here, but....the dishwasher works but the follow issues are now present: * It now leaks onto the kitchen floor. * The machine was not properly reinstalled. * The door banged into the frame on the right upper side of the opening. * As nice as Nico is, Choice needs to send out a different technician to take care of these new issues. * We do NOT want to be charged an additional fee to fix what should have been done right the first time. Thank you.

Ice maker still not working after three service visits
Lawrence was easy to work with. However, the ice maker repair has not resolved the problem. I've watched the ice compartment since the last repair was made Friday afternoon. There is still no ice being produced. This needs a follow up to see if this issue can be taken care of.

Service tech had an attitude
The 1st guy that came out was very friendly and thanked us for our business, he had to order parts so 2 weeks later the 2nd tech came out. From the time he got out of his truck he seemed to not want to be here. Once he fixed the washer, he replaced shocks and clutch, he told us we were "overloading" our xl capacity washer and he was going to make a note of that on our file. Let me tell you, if we can't wash any more than 8 regular bath towels at a time, what's the point of the xl capacity tub!!

Dishwasher Review
My dishwasher was not put together properly and now we have a leak through the floor and into the basement.

Left worse thank it was before the repair
He was punctual and friendly but the unit is not fixed. In fact it is worse now with the same issue and the top of the unit is now no longer securely attached to the base too.

The technician didn't even bother to come inside my house and didn't check anything outside either What he told me this morning, he could have told me the last time he was here When he left the last time. I was under the impression that when Sears came back, they were going to find the Freon leak. And that never happened. All he said was that it couldn't be repaired and that I needed a new one. I feel like I was lead on by his saying when he came back out he was going to find the leak. But, given the size of this man( grossly overweight) I couldn't see him crawling under my house to find the leak. But, Sears lied to me when they said they were going to fix my air conditioning and did a complete 180 by switching course and failing to follow through on what I was told.
