Repair review
The repair man was nice but the machine didn't get "hung" when he ran a cycle. He said he couldn't change the part that made the machine chime when the cycle was finished because it was too expensive.

It was quite a pleasant interaction and the work was great however I do have one suggestion and that is if there are multiple appliances in 1 location do as much as possible for only 1 appointment To cover everything in that appointment.

Washer repair
Nicholas was out several times for this problem. Turned out to be a repairable. He helped by contacting insurance and they are paying for a replacement. Nicolas was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He also got along well with my dog!

Refrigerator Repair
I am quite displeased that after the compressor in the refrigerator was replaced, the repairman did not turn the temperature down again. I had just gotten a substantial amount of groceries when I discovered that the refrigerator was not as cold as usual. By the time a repairman was able to come, I had lost a lot of groceries. It wasn't until the day after the repair that I realized that the temperature had not been turned down again. By that time I had lost more food. Thus, I will be taking approx. $300 worth of groceries to the dump today. On top of the cost of repair, my loss has been more substantial than it might have been.

Appointment Window Woes
Our technician, Nick, was fine; making the appointment online was easy, but a nine hour appointment window was a huge inconvenience. A 4 hour morning and afternoon option would be a great help in planning a much more convenient appointment time for the customer.

Whirlpool ice maker
It took two visits to get it fix. Itcost more than initial quote. Cost was way to high. Tech was nice, but we will never use Sears again. Feels like we got took advantage of.
