Honest quick and efficient
Lawrence came by replaced my broken ice maker in my fridge. He did it quick and efficiently. So asked a few other questions with the fridge. Extremely nice. Answered all of them without any issue. Would totally recommend him and the service that it was provided.

Excellent service
Jim came out twice, first to determine what was wrong and second to put the parts in and fully repair the Samsung dishwasher. He was most polite and helpful and did the required work so everything now works fine. I highly recommend him for his fine service.

Leak assessment
Samuel seemed to be very knowledgeable about the service he performed. When I first called for service through Sears home services I was told it would be 5 weeks before they could evaluate my HVAC system. After some discussion I was moved up to the next day. They were timely and efficient.

Tenacious and amazing
This poor man has had to come back to my house three times today it's working better than it ever has and he had to struggle to even get the stupid Germans dryer apart!!! He showed me things that weren't even in the manual!!! superior service, and for being in the mountains of North Carolina, you can't get service on anything, but strictly American made appliances and sears is the way to go!!!

Repair review
The repair man was nice but the machine didn't get "hung" when he ran a cycle. He said he couldn't change the part that made the machine chime when the cycle was finished because it was too expensive.
