Ice macker
Lawrence kept me informed about the time he was coming the entire day. He did show up later than he expected but never complained. Promptly repaired the ice maker and told me to call if there was any problems. Highly recommend Lawrence as a repair man.

This is my second time to use Sears, through my home warranty company. Excellent service Both times. Communication was good. Larry let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. Fixed the problem and educated me on some maintenance items at the same time. They will always be my first choice for appliance repair.
