Sears remains frustrating
Duplicate appointment. Canceled but technician was scheduled anyway. As usual frustrating experience dealing with sears and I hope to never work with sears again

Worse Service Ever Not Worth a Star
Worst experience ever, the technician left and my refrigerator is leaking, my frozen foods all melted and water was everywhere. Obviously he didn't know what he was doing! My refrigerator worked until he installed the new part. Now the ice maker and water dispenser not working properly. I called to tell them my refrigerator is worse and leaking and they could not send out a technician until Monday; today is Wednesday! I understand it is a holiday but we did not break our refrigerator. Everything was working before he fixed it. The Rep said I understand but we can't send someone till Monday. I asked if he understood it was leaking water, he said yes. Terrible customer service, the customer service rep was just reading off a script and really was not concerned. I don't why you send out surveys, maybe you should hire people who can actually think and will try and help. It is like an assembly line.

WAY too high.
The tech said it would be $650 or so for the labor. Outrageously high. He left.

Dishwasher repair
Initially said a new drain hose was needed as machine was not draining ordered part and two weeks later installed after billed and service done said this might not solve issue. Why did he not say that before I spent 310.00. He said he did a "test" on the dishwasher. After he left , first time used still did not drain. He did not return my phone calls. This is the first time I've left a negative review for anything. I usually just let things slide. NOT THIS TIME

Bad service
The technician did nothing, just check the thermostat and according to him it was the problem. and the air is still worse than it was. They just stole my money.more than they lasted 2 weeks to give me the service

Did not fix refrigerator!
After 7 weeks refrigerator still had not been fixed. First appt, no one showed up. Two weeks later technician shows up said it was a leak in the evaporator coil, unplugged it and said I could not use it until the part is mailed. Teo weeks later, Lawrence shows up and said that the wrong parts were sent for the repair. He then said that the first tech did not diagnose the problem correctly. He said it was a defrost problem and ordered a different part. Two weeks later, Lawrence showed up and did the repair. Now the refrigerator is not working at all.
