Rude
Acted grouchy to have to come to my house. Glued to his phone and didn't even greet me when walking up to my house. Best Buy sent him to look at dents in my fridge. He immediately said it was user abuse and made me feel as though I wasted his time. I had previously spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy trying to find out if my coverage would even cover this type of damage. I was honest up front and they said it would be covered but could have technician look at it. He had much different response. Not really sure what wear and tear is but Best Buy said this was a wear and tear claim. Vernon made sure to say how much it would take to fix and claimed that they would never get paid by Best Buy. This situation could have been handled to much differently by this technician.

Slow Service
Your repair service was slow after parts were ordered and arrived. Even worse was you AI assisted scheduling system. The work was completed, but it took longer than I ever imagined that it would.

Still not working
Our ice maker problem was diagnosed. A part was ordered but the wrong part delivered. The ice maker was not repaired on the return visit because of the wrong part. Another part was ordered and delivered. It was installed on the third visit. The ice maker is still not working. It appears to have been a misdiagnosis from the outset. We are attempting to schedule yet another visit.

Bad results
Not sure if he dropped the ball or if it was the wrong gasket for the freezer. The issue is worse now than before he repaired it. Approximately a quarter inch gap on top of the freezer with cold air flowing out! I used a towel to try to stop the air leak

Showed up
Brandon came to the visit but had no knowledge of this product in which he informed me. It has been 3 days afterwards, the problem is worse. Before the visit the refrigerator was making some ice occasionally but after the visit none.

NO repair was done.
This repairman fraudulently said the work was done and fraudulently signed my name. Mistakes happen, but fraud, lack of work ethic and integrity are not accepted. He is NOT a valued employee and should be living under a bridge.
