After multiple scheduling failures and disappointing communication with Sears repair center, my expectation on the repair process was very low. Joshua called ahead of time to let me know he was in the area and in rout to my residence. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure that the repair was completed in a timely manner. Before he closed the machine, he double checked his work and verified everything was done correctly. Confirming the washer was operating correctly, he swiftly said his goodbyes and left for his next house call. I was extremely thankful that Sears got at least one thing right. Thank you Joshua!
