Machine is not fixed!
My machine is not fixed. It runs a water and wash cycle then it gets stuck on a very slow spin that won't even get the water out. I am very unsatisfied. I hate to put it on John because the first service man didn't even come and check the machine out. He just asked me what the machine was doing and that was the last I heard from him. Then parts started showing up at my house.

My overall experience with this technician was satisfactory. He was on time, professional. and knowledgeable. However, he repaired my icemaker but I think he installed the wrong part. The ice Despencer works but ice goes all over the floor instead of in the glass that I'm trying to get ice into.

Barry was full of noises and was just full of complaints. Here are a few of the complaints: I'm tired, I almost couldn't get the screw out, I had to pull lines just to get the part on. I mean he is getting paid to do the repair. It wasn't like he worked up a sweat.

Took forever to get the repair done. Parts came in a month ago. Then you canceled the appointment and had to reschedule twice. Took off work three times and two no shows third time was today after 6pm which the repair was supposed to be between 8-5. Your company needs to set better times and communicate!!!
