Bryon was great, from the initial appointment to discover the issue until today I am happy. It was the communication about the in-between. My second appointment on 8/2 was rescheduled without explanation. The 3rd appointment 8/6 was also rescheduled because I assume they overbooked. In this age of automation it would have been nice to actually talk to someone, especially after the 3rd appointment was rescheduled. When I tried to reach out, it was difficult and I ended up doing the customer chat to express my displeasure. This was never about the technician, but about the LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER. Sears can do better!

My family had to go without the use of our air conditioner for more than two months, which was due to your technician never showed for multiple appointments and your customer service did nothing to help. To have to go through nearly the entire summer without air was unconscionable and completely unacceptable. Erik was the lone positive through this horrible experience. He did a great job communicating and made every effort to get to our home as soon as possible. He said he would get out and diagnose the situation for himself and that's exactly what he did. Before long, he had our air back on and immediately had the temperature which was reading at 87 degrees beginning to go down. Kudos to Erik for caring enough to not have my wife and children go another day living in life threatening temperatures. We are very grateful for him getting it done.
