Erik called ahead of arrival, and tried to help correct a mix up with the warranty company on my behalf before arriving. He was on time and he took time to explain what he was going to do and what he'd done when finished. He must have done all the paperwork just right because the warranty company approved his suggested repairs, and that's not a given. Thanks!
