Fabulous
He was very nice very polite very friendly very efficient asked a couple questions checked a couple of things was able to fix the ice suspensor cleaned everything all up after you put back things back together. Everything worked great very polite. Have a nice day. I just wish everybody that we talk to was polite and easy to understand like this gentleman was from the United States of America.

He called prior to notify he would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival, confirmed what the issue was and began repairs. Very neat with his work and efficient in getting the repair made.
