Great Technician
Eric was on time and extremely courteous. Despite the intense heat, he never lost his smile or his pleasant personality. He addressed my issue, swiftly and efficiently. I wish all my technicians were as good as he is! He is definitely a keeper.

Daniel was fantastic; scheduling was not.
Waited from 8am - 5pm yesterday, only to be rescheduled for 7-4pm today. Two lost days. When Dan arrived around 3pm on the second day, he was great, knowledgeable and took care of the problem, which I'm sure he'd been doing all day for others before he got here. Service was great; scheduling system not so much. I DID appreciate the updates, but since they fluctuated in both directions during the day, I still couldn't leave for fear of missing the ling-awaited appointment. Five stars for Dan. 2 for scheduler.

Quick and efficient service
Erik came out and was quick to determine the issue and provided a solution. While I'm still waiting for my AC to fully cool, it seems to be working now and I hope for a full resolution within a day or two as he said.
