Technician review
For the first time since I have had to call for a technician, he is the only one who actually knew what he was doing. There times I had 1 here for the fridge, once for yearly servicing, which he didn't really do anything and twice for problems and he didn't know what he was doing. I had 1 here for the stove and I had to do most of the work. Anyways the one today actually knew what he was doing. A job well done. Hope to get him next time.

John was wonderful. I'm so glad to have my dryer working again! He was polite and understanding about my disability and how long it took me to get down the basement stairs. He didn't mind that I watched his repair and was very informative.
