So glad Michael came to our home & fixed our dryer. Prior parts install did not work but Michael fixed the problem on todays 9/28/23 visit He's a very good tech, need more like him Sears.

Poor handling of issue
The tech was wonderful however the company itself is very disappointing.. certainly not what it used to be. My ticket was started over a year ago. And you all closed before it was even fixed!! Beginning to doubt the service provided by the company . The tech saved you today!! Shameless and disgusting. No one ever called to check you just closed it

Samsung Dyer repair
I just moved into a new home and my Dyer at the old place decided not to work. I called Seers Home Services and Kevin came that day. He was so nice to talk to and he showed me everything he was doing. I unfortunately had to buy a new heating element yet Kevin walked me through my options. He was friendly, Professional, and fast. He was a delight to have come work out my place.

Washer
I requested both washer and dryer service, only to see that only the washer was done. That makes absolutely zero sense. Now I have to reschedule that! Gregory himself was fine and provided useful tips. He tried to include the dryer but was stopped by corporate.
