Samsung repair
Michael was very thorough with the analysis of the oven issue. Unfortunately for both of us, repair parts were not available for this oven even though it is only 5 years old. He spent a good amount of time looking for the needed parts but was unsuccessful. I give him a good rating because he knew what he was doing. I just wish that Samsung was better with parts inventory on something that is not that old.

Got to the problem quickly. Had wait for parts to complete repair. All went smooth. Even helped with extra services. Too bad our home warranty co was so inefficient and wasted everybody's time. It was Choice by the way.
