Dryer/washer maintenance
The dryer was looked at and assessed to find no actual issues but we got some reccomendations to help not create any issues in the future. The washer was looked at tested and a diagnostics calibration test was done and all looked good.

Brand new stove defective, required replacement parts
Each of the service members of your team (we had 3 different ones) have been extremely helpful and polite. If they had realized the problem better at first there wouldn't have been a need to come 4 times. They were each one challenged by what the previous one didn't remember to do. But overall they were great 😊
