Joe was very nice helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help us with our washer issues. He put in more effort into resolving our problems then anyone else even came close to. When all other efforts were exhausted He then was on the phone with thech support and gave us all the information we needed to follow up and proceed with a warentee replacement. I was extremely impressed and very thankful that he was our technician.
