Kristopher was great. However I wasn't real thrilled with the service in general. It took 5 times before my washer was fixed. It was misdiagnosed the first time. Then the part came broken. Service calls were cancelled twice. It was very frustrating with the service. Horrible. But kristopher did a great job. He was not the tech that misdiagnosed the problem.
