Virgil checked my frige
Virgil was very pleasant and explained his findings which would be too expensive considering the refrigerator is 31 years old .So I am thinking of buying a new one but Virgil put a small tape to hopefully hold the water from leaking for a while in the meantime. I would gladly recommend Sears and Virgil and consider using in the future if need ed.

Very impressive with his knowledge of the repairs for the refrigerator. Made sure the replacement part was in working order ( the one sent to us was damaged in shipping, but he had a replacement.) Kristopher came to replace the water pump on my clothes washer today. I was so impressed with his service. Kristopher is professional, courteous, considerate, clearly experienced, and personable. He answered my every question, cleaned the workspace when finished, gave me additional information about the Sears program, and was professional in every way. I strongly recommend Kristopher!
