Problem unsolved
Thomas could not find the solution that causes some of our black clothing to have lint accumulations. Picture available. I don't expect any improvement regarding my problem.

dryer repair
well this has been the forth time for the same call getting disapointed He put the parts in (not the guy before who ordered them). Iam sure he was wondering why these parts but?? its to the pint that the wife wants to replace the dryer we will wait if the parts break in.. got any suggestions?

Confused and upset, perhaps not Thomas's fault
He was unable to fix the problem with my washer, due to unavailability of parts I can understand that He apparently didn't perform the maintenance on the dryer sitting right next to it. I then receive an email notice that my maintenance appointment was canceled, but I could reschedule for twice the price. I also received an email indicating that I declined repair, but I never saw an estimate. The dollar amount doesn't ring a bell at all. He offered no option to repair anything. He simply told me that he couldn't get the wiring harness. and that they don't repair individual wires I've gone through a great deal of annoyance trying to contact someone at SearsHomeServices to figure out what's going on and have the maintenance done, and at this point I'm angry... maybe not at Thomas, I simply don't know what parts of all of this mess is his fault. But I'm frustrated having to waste a lot of time for no resolution.

Third visit by American home shield authorized repairman
Repair issue was a soap dispenser that would not consistently open. Ending result, after installing new parts, we were told that perhaps we should change our method of soap as this older dishwasher might not be able to dispense today's soap pods.
