Our service provider was great.
I am not happy with your automated system. We received text to confirm our appointment three time for this call and also for the diagnosis service call. Both time I responded 1 to confirm and kept getting texts telling me that I need to confirm. I waited on 12-2 and 12/12 from 8-5 pm only to be rescheduled. I did my part and you need to fix it at your end. The most frustrating service ever.

Jess has been out to my house perhaps 3 times. He is outstanding as a technician, knowledgeable and well informed and explains to the customer in an easy and respectful way that makes the whole experience easy.
