Didn't finalize the project!
This involved replacing a panel on my oven/stove, and that was well done; however, the transparent cover that was replaced now has white strikes and blobs under it that I cannot remove. A new cover needs to be ordered, installed and looked at before considering the job finished.

Refrigerator repair
Mohammad did not show up for the appointment. Our refrigerator has not been repaired. This is the second appointment that has been scheduled that this technician did not show up. He did not make the repair. We are still waiting for someone to repair the refrigerator!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Workmandship
Tech came out 3 times. They schedule you for all day 7am - 6pm (wasted time). They show up at 5:55pm and tell you they have to order part. Return visit waiting for there arrival for 10+ hrs again just to be told the wrong part was ordered. 3rd visit attempted a repair - still not working. 4th visit NO SHOW and we weren't notified until 6:00 pm that no one was coming. 3 days wasted. Will never use services again.

Still Have the same problem.
Washing machine was not draining properly so ot got replaced with a new pump and that did not fix the problem.

Washer machine service
The technician was rude. He drained water from washer, after running a test cycle he left the bag filled with dirty water in our trash can. He also was not properly prepared, I had to provide him with a ladder.

Service for Mirowave
He was very rude to my husband and me--over stove mirowave and all it needed was a Fuse--He did not do anything ---Talk loud outside about he been in better homes than this--neighbors was outside and heard him---He was just nasty----do not send him again---and do not pay him----no stars----
