Unprofessional Behavioral Service
On October 10, 2024, Technician Tamim arrived at my house to repair my Kenwood Dryer I purchased in 1999. When he arrived, he parked at the end of my driveway on the side walk. I asked him to move his truck from side walk and park in the street. Tamim parked on the street and blocked my mailbox. Before fixing my dryer, Tamim, doubted and questioned if the part that needed to be replaced was necessary because he believed the dryer vent was clogged with lint or something which caused the thermostat to over heat and malfunction. He also asked if I trouble shooted the problem when I reported the problem. After Tamim reluctantly installed the Dryer High Limit Thermostat, he said if the new part doesn't fix the problem, there is not reason for me to call for another repair because there would be nothing that he could do. If Tamim was contracted to provide a specific service, in this case, to replace a worn out thermostat in my dryer, his personal opinions without historical knowledge, are not required nor are they neccessary. Tamim's comments were inappropriate and offensive. Please inform Tamim to handle his service appointments in accordance with the conditions of the customer's service plan agreement and stay in his lane. Thank you

Unsatisfied Customer
My most recent experience with a Sears Tech, was not pleasing. First of all, it appeared that he was not knowledgeable with the task at hand. The repairing of my microwave. He ordered parts that he said were needed in order to do the repairs. In addition to the tech having to order parts, he then informed me that, my next scheduled appointment would be two weeks out waiting for parts to come in. I'm still waiting to have my microwave repaired or replaced.

Previous tech guy order brand new hose to be installed. Current tech guy declined to put a new hose just clean out the old one never installed the new one to get with him. This is the third tech person to come out for the same problem

Fixed a problem but created another
Mr. Donald W was very nice. He fixed the microwave turntable motor in no time and had me test it before he left. Little did I know that in repairing the turntable he messed up the under the hood light.

Terrible Maintenance from Sears and Choice Home Warranty
Mr. Manzoorhussain was the first of the 4 techs from Sears appliance technicians who came to my house and misdiagnosed the whole problem. He didn't order the part needed to fix the freezer light. Four different technicians came out since the first week in July and claimed to have ordered the needed parts to fix the freezer problem. Mr. Manzoorhussain is back out to my house in early October to evaluate the problem and says the assembled wire is cut and reports to the Choice Home Warranty that the part needed to fix the problem can't be ordered. Choice Home Warranty trying to get out of their responsibility claims that we, the insured, are responsible and now refuse to honor their fiduciary responsibility. All of this took three months.

Damage to refrigerator door.
The technician was polite and proficient. It appears that my appliance is fixed. However my stainless steel refrigerator door has been damaged by your technician. As he try to squeeze open the door in a tight space, he pushed the door against my counter and put 3 dents in my door. He finished his work, wrapped up his materials, had me sign for my refund of a part that was ordered ( that I did not need) and left. After cleaning up the work area I noticed the dents. As he pushed the refrigerator back into place he made no mention of the damage.

Not good
Problem not fixed cant even open door on washing machine this was my second appointment with sears. Sears did a no call no show on my first appointment and never called or anything just waited until the weekend was over and automatically scheduled me for a new appointment with out even asking me. So this will be a 3rd appointment i need!
