Technician Olimpiu arrived promptly & had his company logo/ID displayed. He explained to me that the Brake Burner Ignition had to be replaced. Tech had the replacement parts needed to complete the job. All done within an hour.

Door closer shaft is broken when lower door close system make tumbling noise for up to 5 minutes. He didn't order repair parts. He didn't ask me to use my sink to heat up his 30 lbs freon tank in. He set the metal tank on my granite countertop. He didn't leave a ticket or clearly state how much freon he put in. He didn't used a leak detector to look for leak.
