Leaky water line in refrigerator
I noted a large amount of water behind my refrigerator on the floor, seeping to the middle of my kitchen. Sear was called an appt was set for 2/9/24. Mr Daniel's came and resolved the problem with the water line.

Having to wait all day for the repairman is ridiculous. Having a 9-10 hour window when they may come is not normal. Total waste of a whole day.

Dishwasher repair
Donald W was good. But, after two techs coming out; now I have to wait for. GE teach to come out and configure the computer board for the dishwasher to work. It's been over a month that I placed the service. All and after two visits, I need to wait on a third. This is not why I have a service agreement.
