Abdul called 15 min prior to arrival and had a professional demeanor on-site. He accurately diagnosed the problem AND had the part on his truck! Instead of waiting two weeks w/o a dryer, my dryer was fixed in two days: Wednesday: Dryer Malfunctioned; Thursday: Made appt with Sears Home Services; Friday: Dryer Repaired! I would highly recommended this company!

After Sears rescheduled my appointment 5 times since 10/14/24, Ahmad made it on 11/18/24, a Saturday. He seemed very through and the refrigerator and freezer are working. He used part of the one of the 3 parts that were sent to my house and took the unused parts, ie compressor and, I think part of the Condenser or Evaporator with him. The current estimate, after the work, still shows the parts that were not used. How to get an updated estimate or an Invoice showing the ACTUAL parts used?
