JOB WELL DONE BY KNOWLEDGABLE/PLEASANT/SKILLFUL TECHNICIAN
This technician was wonderful. He knew what the problem was, checked it out and gave me the advice I needed to fix the problem, since I need a plumber to change a valve, which is causing the problem with my ice and water mechanisms. He was courteous, respectful; had a good sense of humor; a good communicator; worked efficiently and carried on. He also offered to clean the back of the frig, which cost a little, since not part of the maintenance agreement, and which I couldn't manage. I was grateful that he mentioned and did that. Hang on to Cedric. He has a lovely personality and has the skills and knowledge you need. I really appreciated him. Thank you for sending him.
