On the day of, I was given a link that gave me an estimated time of arrival, how many stops away the technician was and the name and a pic of technician. My technician was pleasant and courteous and fixed the presenting issues. He even gave me a recommendation for another issue not related to service call. After service, I was conveniently able to pay through the link.
