Mr. Olimpiu was a little late as scheduled. However, he called and explained his reason why . Upon arrival, he was very courteous and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and sheared/explained the new replacement part to me and my wife and was on his way. It was a great experience. Thank you Mr. Olimpiu

What does this mean?
The experience was good. The oven is working, but seems to be heating more hot than it should at usual temperature. I will monitor to ensure that it is not over heating.

Great experience
Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very sweet with my curious 4 year old during our fridge repair. We were expecting this to be a long process with multiple visits to allow for ordering parts but our technician completed the whole repair in one visit. We would definitely have him back out again in the future for other repairs.
