Loi was great. We are dissatisfied with Sears Home Services. Sears Home Services is 0/5. Placed service order on August 8, 2023 for our two AC units. Still one unit isn't fixed today August 24. It's 85 degrees in my house. Miserable can't even describe it. After numerous emails and phones to both the contractor and Sears without resolution. Today Sears states in the same conversation waiting for parts and states work ordered complete/ closed. Email from contractor today states Sears requesting additional information. Now Sears submitted a recall visit, sending a different contractor which Sears wouldn't provide the contractor's name or phone number. I requested to speak to Sears Supervisor, he states no supervisor available but he received directions from a supervisor. Only sent recall appointment for one unit when we have two units. Called Sears today for them to contact the contractor for the other unit as they instructed us to do. Now Sears says they can only email contractors for clarification and no phone calls. Does it take 30 days or longer to have an AC repaired?

My Sears Experience Today
The Sears technician was excellent. He went above and beyond by, at my request, placing a water alarm in case the dishwasher leaks again. He offered solid advice about keeping the old part for insurance claims purposes. And he did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate this great service.
