Tony was an excellent repair person.. He was very experienced in his manner. He was very professional and patient. He did not mine me asking questions. He explained things in a way that I could understand. This was a very pleasant experience.

Dryer Maintenance
My dryer was serviced by Sami. I liked that he showed me the amount of lint he removed. Two recommendations for Sears: shorten the technicians arrival window, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM is way too long. And, give the Techs booties to wear over their shoes in peoples' homes. Sami was very pleasant and mannerly.
