Excellent technician
Unfortunately, we were without Air Conditioning for 4 months (May - Aug), due to waiting on a new compressor from Carrier. Mr. Sean did his part by continuously following up on the status of the compressor, which had to be shipped from overseas, then tested out west, then shipped back to a Carrier facility in the east, until finally realesed to him (again spanning 4 months). Once received, he installed the compressor and we're now enjoying our A/C. Mr. Sean was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us about the situation, every step of the way. Bottom line, the Carrier company is not a good company if you need replacement parts. Carrier is not customer friendly, but Mr. Sean was.
