Sears technician (Sean) is number one in my book. He prepares me prior to arrival with a phone, respects my home upon arrival by using the plastic shoe covers, and ensure the work area is neat and clean. Sean ensures I fully understand the repair and replacement of the part(s) offers me the ability to return in case we experience further issues. He is one of Sears best!
