Sears set the date in advance, the morning of the appointment Larry reached out, gave a realistic near term time line. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He had the repair parts in hand upon arrival. He efficiently and expediently repaired the dishwasher. He was courteous, and professional throughout his time in our home. I would welcome him back into our home for all areas he and Sears address! Thank you Larry, much appreciated!

Masihullah Repair Technician
Masihullah arrived on time and he explained how the diagnostic fee worked and he also explained the appliance home warranty and how it worked also. Masihullah did a thorough inspection on my Whirlpool Duet Washing Machine and explained to me that the drain line was very dirty and clogged with Shout Color Catcher Sheets. He advised me not to use them in the washing machine anymore and to put all socks in a laundry bag. He was very professional and did an excellent job fixing my washing machine. I would definitely recommend Sears Home Repair Service to all of my family and friends.
