Dishwasher repair
Mr Dave was very professional explaining the issue , as well as taking exception care moving our dishwasher in and out of its cabinet to fix. He toke care to be sure everything was dry and working properly. He was pleasant and respectful of our home and pets. Wonderful overall experience.

The automatic ice maker in my fridge went up. Anibal was the technician and he was extremely friendly and professional and he was able to replace the ice maker. I now have ice.

David was GREAT!!!!
David went right to work to assess the problem with my wall oven. After about 15 minutes he informed me that there was no electricity to the oven. He double-checked all the circuit breakers and worked with me to find the problem. When he said the second "Generic" box down in the basement was not "lit" I asked him to show me what he was referring to so we went downstairs to take a look. When I saw what he was talking about I said I would call my Generic contact to see what he said. Dave said he would wait to see what the technician would say. When I told the Generic technician about the box he said he would need to come out to fix it and it sounded like a problem with the load adjuster. I was very impressed that David wanted to stay to find out the outcome of the call and to be sure there wasn't something he could do to fix it. He didn't say -" well whatever it is you'll have to take care of it" and then leave. This was very exceptional and unlike soooo many service calls these days. David is a superstar service provider in the greatest sense of the term. He gets an A plus star...A +*.
