Professional and courteous
Paul arrive on Monday for an apptmemt we booked on line Sunday. He confirmed we destroyed the pump in our washer (don't empty change out of pants pockets). He ordered the new pump and scheduled us for two weeks out but advised that as soon as pump comes in call as he has some time that friday. When pump arrived Wednesday night We called Thursday and he was there Friday. Paul had the pump up and running before our kids came back from college with all their laundry. Paul was a life saver
