My washing machine was not cycling through. Good thing I had an experience technician who knew exactly what steps to take. The problem was resolved pretty quickly.

My experience was excellent. Technician was polite and knew immediately what was wrong with system gave us synopsis of what could not be done and told us someone would follow up within next two to three business days. Would definitely recommend Phil as a technician to go with.
