Rating David the Sears Technician
David is a very knowledgeable and seasoned technician. Although he didn't use the parts ordered, he took them with him to return to Sears. David wanted me to wait to see if the noise I hear with the dishwasher gets worse. Also, the dispenser cup for the soap may need to be replaced if it continues to not dissolve. If so, then call Sears again. Please note it's very time consuming calling Sears, scheduling an appointment, waiting 8 hours for a technician to show up and waiting weeks for parts. It would be wonderful if Sears narrowed down the time frame during a scheduled appointment to wait for the Sears technician at home so an individual doesn't have to take off an entire day of work or errands to wait for a technician. Other businesses do this, why can't Sears?
