SERVICE TO KENMORE DRYER
Sears Time management is deplorable. I was "on duty" from 7am to 6:20pm. This was not Mr. Khalids fault; he has no idea what awaits him at each service call. Perhaps deploying several people would enhance your customer service. My dryer has an additional problem so I have to dedicate another all day wait time.

Anibal came to our house to fix our refrigerator. He was very friendly and helpful explaining to us what the issue was. He fixed everything pretty quickly because he was very knowledgeable as to what had happened. Definitely recommend Anibel to fix your appliances he was great!
