Khalid was very polite and respectful. He did an amazing job with the repair on the dryer. He answered any questions that I had about the repair. I was told before I was able to add the new washing machine to the warranty coverage. That it would need to be inspected by a technician.He even did an assessment on the washing machine. Everything was good with it so he told me I could call tomorrow to add the Maytag washer warranty coverage.
