Unhappy customer
This picture does not look like the person who serviced my oven stove top. Unless it is 30 years old. The man who did come was very hard to understand and was annoyed when I asked him to slow down and repeat. He was impatient and condescending when I asked questions. A very poor experience.

service for fridge
terrible, did not fix fridge, said I need a plumber for water line. I did that . I have water to fridge. Problem is in fridge

Omar did not show up
The technician did not show up. This very frustrating. He never picks my phone. I am without AC at home since more than a month and you guys don't even care about it and keep delaying this repair.

Worst service ever.
I am neither going to renew choice warranty and nor would entertain Sears technicians. I had a horrible experience with Sears. The guy came to attend a service request for the furnance covered under the warranty. He couldn't locate the point of leakage and I had to actually find it for him which was the drain pipe joint to the pump. He applied a temporary silicon coat on the joint (poor application as the joint leaked right after he left) and assured me he would revisit this week and replace that part as a permanent fix. Today was the revisit and I received a note from Sears that the technician is on the way. I kept waiting till the afternoon and he later on just called on the phone saying he would have to replace both the pipe and the condensation pump as the pipe is not available seperately and what's worst is he says he would have to charge me for this replacement which is flabbergasting as the system is covered under the maintenance. I want to formally complain about both Choice and Sears for this experience. I would give public reviews about this experience on all possible forums

Worse experience
This guy is completely incompetent, he came to fix my heating issue twice and kept saying I need 4 wires for my nest thermostat, I've had a nest in the place for 4 years which worked perfectly fine, I even replaced the nest with a new unit and had a nest technician come to install it. I was told by nest technician that there's something wrong with the circuit board, but I guess it too hard for this guy to comprehend. Sears home warranty is waste of money

Oscar Tried to put the blame on Duct and Vents cleaning company. He made us call the company twice. Again he determined that Air Dryer ( Gas) not working and needs to be fixed. Strangely he closed the ticket without fixing the problem Very unprofessional

Not fixed the issue
He didn't fixed the issue at all. Spent 2 min only and said everything will work. Very bad service.

Will not use A&E again!
You gave me a 9 hour appointment window and then canceled half way through. The second 9 hour window the tech showed up to announce that he did not work on the brand appliance that I have, and the brand was on the service request! I will never use A&E again!

Insurance claim repair
The technician could not repair, or replace a worn and broken blower switch. The old knob to the blower switch cracked off as a result of normal wear . The insurance company denied the claim because it wasn't determined to be "wear and tear". Also I was required to pay a deductible for no repair and no insurance compensation. The technician gave no information other than the cooktop could not be repaired. Extremely disappointed and will be appealing the insurance claim denial with Home warranty company as well as the Jane Lee with Remax. I paid a deductible to your company for no repair or compensation.

Poor quality of work and response
Ran washer and see there is no movement on rise or spin. It could be drain motor or some other issue but instead of details checking notified warranty company that board it not working. Apart from that hesitate to show Sears company ID card instead saying the company which he is wearing is associated with Sears. Hesitated to detail about it. After asking only wearing shoe covered instead expected him or the person came with him would have done it. Very bad attitude towards client.
