Dishwasher repair
Sean was great. The only issue I had was that we pre scheduled the repair for 1/13. The part was delivered on 1/11 but your office said we needed to reschedule because the part had not been delivered. I told them it was but they could not send a repair man on 1/13 despite the fact that it was already prescheduled.

Dishwasher pod release not functioning.
He arrived early and quickly gave me choices on how best to repair my machine. Which was simply do this instead. Worked out great.

Great; Knowledgeable
He arrived on time to diagnose my washer issues. (Washer is part of a laundry suite.) Diagnosis: old, parts not available, and dying. He also looked at my "companion" matching cabinet between the washer and dryer; the drawer locks were broken and the drawers hung open. His 5-minute solution was to raise the front legs—tilting the cabinet back—to let the drawers sray closed by gravity alone. He is an amazing, knowledgeable technician, that Sears can't pay enough to retain. C
