Technician is fine
I didn't think the 25 year microwave would be covered. I told Sears over the phone I could not get to the model # or serial number because a person would have to pull the heavy Kenmore microwave out of the wall. I am too old to do it. Sears that would be no problem. The technician could do it. I was Right. It was a problem. The technician could not/would no pull it out. It was a waste of time.

Very helpful
Ronald did a good job diagnosing the problems with my dryer and refrigerator and giving me the prices to repair them so I could make a decision on proceeding or not. The only problem was he didn't have the part needed with him and wasn't able to get back to fix the dryer for a week.

Fixed broken ice maker and flex zone
Omar came and repaired my broken ice maker and flex zone drawer as requested. He was all business and got the job done despite so much ice buildup on old ice maker that it would have required days to fully defrost. There was a new part leftover when he was done so I'm hoping he just didn't need it. Also there was a crack on a shelf that I don't think was there before, but am overall happy with the work.

Good service from Miguel… terrible prices
Miguel was fine. Yet, I was charged over $200 in labor to install an ice maker unit. Took him 10 minutes. Seriously terrible pricing. Robbery is a good term.

Whirlpool washer
Very personable technician but washer still isn't working properly. Technician said we have thirty days covered if it's not working. Rescheduled another call and then we were told that we will have to pay for the call and parts. This is covered by home warranty and the problem should have been fixed the first time
