Microwave Door Replacement
The install and service was really really nice. My only issue is that he left the old door in the box in the middle of my kitchen.

Water Heater
Came and left within 10 minutes. Didn't touch the machine, just asked a couple of questions and said that it was submerged and needed to be replaced. There technician was not the issue. When I arranged the appointment, it would have been extremely helpful if staff would have said, we no longer sell or install water heaters. That was a waste of time for the service tech to come out and I could have saved money with the diagnostic fee!!!

Freezing refrigerator repair
Terrible. It took a month to repair my refrigerator. The tech was good but the process was terrible.

Charged fee to visit
He did not do his job. What ever happened to my case that was created by phone I never received any paperwork stating what the issue was with my dryer and still have not received it yet. I'm really starting to feel like this is a scam. If your technician has done his job it should not be an issue as to his findings.

second floor air conditioner is not working.
On 10-23-2023 the the yearly maintenance person said that he repaired the second floor Air conditioner. That Air conditioner is not working. Apparently his repair was not successful. He has to come back and finish the repair.

Canceled again
I never received services. The appointment has been canceled and rescheduled since 8/31 which was the day of my request. Today I was told it was too cold for the repair and that they were waiting on the parts but according to AHS part part has been ordered.
