Excellent Technician, Superior Customer Service
Efrain is an excellent, dedicated technician who is thorough and honest. He is also polite and kind. The previous technician ordered two parts – a pump and a capacitor. Efrain's quickly went to work upon arrival. His vast knowledge is impressive; it allowed him to precisely locate and quickly address the pump problem in a matter of minutes. Then he determined that the capacitor was functioning as designed and did not need to be replaced; he will return it for us. Efrain restored our washing machine to perfect working order, and we are grateful for his terrific care. Please commend him for his outstanding customer service.

BROKEN WASHING MACHINE
FRANCISCO IS A WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN. HE LISTENS AND EXPLAINES UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND. HE WAS HELPFUL IN TELLING ME HOW TO CLEAN THE WASHER ETC. UNFORTUNATELY MY MACHINE COULD NOT BE SAVED AND HE HELPED ME ON HOW TO BUY A NEW ONE. I'M VERY GRATEFUL TO HIM.
