Worst experience
He did not fix my refrigerator. He scratched my floors and left my refrigerator leaking. I had to run outside to tell him to there was water.

Poor Service
Juril had an unprofessional attitude. He basically didn't do anything said he couldn't get my furnace to come on because of water inside my furnace. I didn't have water inside my furnaces nor water damage. I would like another technician to come out!

The worst customer service.
I waited all day Saturday and no show. I waited all day Wednesday and tech arrives at 5:00 pm and then tells me he can't work on sub-zero freezer.

Fridge maintenance
Gani did not clean under, around or behind appliances. I guess he was afraid to use vacuum cleaner. Prefer a different service man, really had a language barrier.

Poor service experience
Impossible to get window less than 8 hours after long delay in rescheduling and date being set without ever checking with me. Repair person was supposed to be the same person who promised to replace part and clean area that I cannot get to. Refused to perform service. Told me that my warranty may have been changed but didn't cover it. It's a routine service on this older model. Tried yo "mansplain" yo me that the problem I've identified is not related to the food that collects at the bottom of the machine, and which I cannot get to.

Incomplete job
He put the part on, but later I found that there was a box of accessory parts left in the box that the lid of the washer came in. The next I found that the lid was not secured and I was able to flip up off the washer. The screws were not placed everywhere they were needed. I had to call for another service person to come and remedy this. Also he left everything (old part and a large box with packing) in the middle of the floor. The lid was very heavy. His service was not the best.

This has been the worst service I have ever received
I bought a refrigerator that the doors came with dents and scratches they gave me an appointment to change the door but when I finally had the call today they just advised me that they do not have them. Now I have to get the refrigerator replaced and was told someone was to call me. Is almost 30days and all I want is to pay for a refrigerator that is not with dents and scratches. This has been the worst service I have ever had. Is so frustrating to have work with a big company that does nothing good for their customers.
