Ice maker DOESN'T WORK
We spent $600+ dollars, was told to wait 24-48 hours, and then we'd have ice. We followed those instructions but our ice maker DOESN'T WORK. Call or text to tell me WHAT you are going to do to remedy this situation, AND WHEN will this happen! We were hoping to have ice before the Memorial Day Weekend family gathering. Nope didn't happen. We had to buy ice. We're VERY disappointed! Was it the ice maker or was it the installer? It's like the water was never turned back on… our installer was on his phone the whole time… could that have caused him to be distracted? We're very disappointed with this service!

Unprofessional
This technician came to my home and was on his phone the whole time. He appeared to be looking for a manufacturer date for which I spoke to him providing the date, and he barked back saying "I'm not talking to you" and proceeded to talk on his phone. Then, he was not wanting to show me the breakdown of cost associated with the repair and raised his voice repeatedly at me. I asked him to leave my home a few times for which he kept arguing with me. I ended up trying to deescalate the situation as much as possible and declined service just to get him out of my home.

Rude Technician
Extremely rude. Left from the entrance without coming inside the house. Refused to check the appliances. Departed angrily. Shouldn't be sent to anybody's house. Previously he came to check a oven but couldn't fix it.

Rude technician

Rude and useless guy with a lot of attitude
This guy came to fixe our freezer which was working but not freezing optimally, spent 3 hrs on the job and told us that it has been fixed and we should the freezer 8-10 hrs to recharge. Not only was is not "fixed" it made things even worse, now the freezer is not working at all. Dealing with this company since has been a nightmare. I warn you to not hire this company, if you are stuck with this company, don't ever agree to get this technician

Cannot service build in refrigerator
Technician said he could not service a built in. Asked why he came out since I provided him the serial number of my refrigerator. He said he could repair some things so he came. No one told me he was not capable of doing the repair. Complete waste of time and money.

People Don't Understand English & Give Wrong Expectations
I had a repair service for my refrigerator, the tray was not installed properly and it was making loud sound. Called within 5/10 mins of technician leaving and was told someone will come back same day I.e. 08/09/2023. But no one showed, upon following they were suppose to come back same day, No one showed up and when I called they put me down 2 days for a small fix. Hopefully my tray doesn't break and if it does Sears should take the responsibility for poor service and fix it at their cost. Also, their call center is somewhere in Asia, the people their don't understand many nuances of products and related things here and one of the agents their told me to not open refrigerator for 2 days till my appointment. That not how thing works, please work on their proper training.

Worst Service ever!
Air duct of the refrigerator was frozen with ice. The technician spent only 30 mins trying to thaw the ice by the steamer. Unfortunately, that did not work and suggested turning off the refrigerator for 48 hours. How is this a solution to any problem? I had to call another technician who used the steamer for 2 hours to thaw the ice in the air duct. Bad experience and poor service.
