Oven glass looks worse than before
Tech was a nice guy, but left my oven glass door looking worse than before he took it apart and supposedly cleaned the glass. He had no supplies with him and I had to give him Windex and paper towels. He told me streaks you could see after he was done would get better! They got much worse overnight!!! Customer service says there is nothing they can do, but charge me again and send a tech!!!!! Horrible CS!!!!!

Dishwasher
Ronald installed the components quickly but he apparently cut himself during the process and left blood on the component boxes that he left for me to throw out. Thankfully I noticed the blood before I grabbed the box and items.

Zero
The dishwasher still doesn't work. It stops and doesn't drain the water. I called to have the technician come back but because I asked how much the dispenser was he put it as estimate declined. This had nothing to do with why you came out. I will never use Sears again or buy anything. They want me to pay another 119 for the technician to find nothing again and still have a non functioning dishwasher.

Waste of time
The technician was unable to accomplish the very simple fix because I could not turn off the water. He was unable to turn off the water for me because it was "too much of a liability." In my opinion that is a pathetic excuse and a waste of my time and money.

Throwing away money
Nothing against Saul. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay full diagnoses fee for something that can be fixed or replaced. Maybe better training for when you set up appt.

Refrigerator freezer repair
This was beyond disappointing. It took too long, caught the technician, talking crap about me on my ring doorbell, freezer is still not working after a month of waiting for parts, technician did not use in replace all the parts that were sent to me, still not making ice and track and freezer still not working
