Technicians great; system sucks
The service people that you sent to my home were great. The people I spoke with on phone we're patient. Your automated system was troubling. Glitches affected both my diagnostic and service visit destroying the trust generated by your f 2 f personnel. Your automated system cut corners in absurd and impossible to understand ways. I like the people you hire, but the automated aspects of your service became a nightmare. I feel badly for your techs.
